Mr. Heady has over a decade of experience specializing in evidence informed treatments for OCD, OC-related issues, panic, agoraphobia, social anxiety and generalized anxiety. He utilizes acceptance-based behavior therapies including CBT, ERP, and ACT. Mr. Heady is a Clinical Fellow with the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, a member of the International Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Foundation, and a board-approved supervisor. He provides professional consultation for therapists, and is a frequent presenter at national conferences, on professional webinars, and podcasts.
