Join Dr. McGrath and Dr. Manseuto as they discuss Dr. Manseuto's path through psychology and Tourettic OCD. He discusses what brought him to the field of psychology and how contributions to the field can be done by anyone. Dr. Manseuto speaks on the Genesis of the Behavioral Therapy Center and development of the COMB model. He also recognizes Joe Walpy, an unspoken hero in Dr. Manseuto's career and the field of psychology. Finally, Dr. Manseuto discusses what he hopes his legacy will be in the field and the impact he hopes he has made.

Charles Mansueto, PhD

Dr. Mansueto is founder and director of the Behavior Therapy Center of Greater Washington. He received his doctorate from Catholic University and completed his post-doctoral clinical training at Temple University School of Medicine. He has over 40 years of experience in the application of cognitive behavior therapy to a broad range of clinical problems. Dr. Mansueto has written extensively and presented nationally and internationally on OCD and related disorders. He currently serves as a member of the Scientific and Clinical Advisory Board of the International Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Foundation. He also serves on the Executive Board of OCD Mid-Atlantic, an IOCDF affiliate and on the Scientific Advisory Board of The TLC Foundation for Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors. He retired as a tenured Professor of Psychology after 36 years in the University of Maryland System.
