The Personal and Professional Sides of OCD with Andrew Cohen, MS, LMFT

Course Description

Have you ever wondered what it's like to be a therapist with OCD who also specializes in the treatment of OCD?

In this engaging and honest interview, Dr. Patrick McGrath sits down with Mr. Andrew Cohen to discuss the personal and professional sides of being a mental health provider who treats OCD and has lived experience with OCD.  Topics of conversation include being triggered in session, considerations for whether or not to self-disclose your lived experience to clients and co-workers, and making time for self-care.  Questions from the audience are welcome.  This event does not include CE credit.
